Meet Radha, the smallest living water buffalo.
On September 12th, 2025, something incredible happened.
Radha was officially confirmed as the shortest living water buffalo in the world!
Radha stands at only eighty-three point eight centimeters tall.
That's shorter than most kitchen counters, and even some dogs.
A normal Murrah buffalo usually stands one hundred thirty to one hundred thirty-five centimeters tall, so Radha is nearly fifty centimeters shorter than average.
But don't let her size fool you, this little buffalo has a huge personality.
Radha is just three and a half years old, super friendly, and loves being around people.
Her mom is a normal-sized buffalo and has had three calves, but Radha was the first and the only one who grew this tiny.
Radha's height is part of what makes her so lovable and unique.
