Stephen Wallis, an engineering creator from Leicestershire in the UK, is aiming to go faster than he has ever gone before.
In 2024, he created The Beast, a battery-powered, remote-controlled car that he built in his spare time with the hopes that it could one day break a land speed record.
It didn't happen then, but after two rounds of testing earlier in the summer, he feels it could be ready for one final record-breaking run.
So this is the front bodywork section printed on, printed on a Bambu Lab A1, the sort of body-protecting slider pieces.
Uh, this is being printed in PETG.
I'm just gonna get this, uh, front of the car glued on.
Uh, I've done the rear.
That's looking good.
Um, so yeah, let's get mixed up and get gluing here.
Completed chassis design.
