Yes…

So the interviewer will ask the celebrity lots of questions, quick fire questions and they have to give answers like pretty much without thinking. They're like go-to response.

Okay, yeah, I know the one.

So I thought our listeners probably would like to know us a little bit more and this is a great opportunity for us to share some of our personal sides with our listeners. What do you think?

So you know I'm gonna start asking you questions in this episode and you can take your revenge in the next one.

Oh yes, I will definitely be taking my revenge.

Okay. Here we go. Are you an introvert or extrovert?

I’m an introvert.

No elaboration?

Okay, I thought it was gonna be quick fire. So I gave you a quick answer.

You can add one sentence for explanation, I guess.

Okay. I am actually quite introverted, so I'm quite happy just to sit in silence. I like to be around people, but I don't like to be the center of attention.

Are you a morning person or a night owl?

Morning person, definitely. I normally wake up about 5:30 to 7:00 in the morning.

You said your bedtime is 9 o'clock, isn’t it?

I am not a night owl. I don't like to sleep too late.

Okay, what’s a guilty pleasure TV show you love?

Oh, recently I've been watching It’s Florida, Man. And it's a reality TV show about kind of crazy people in Florida and I really really like it.

Okay, I love that one as well. I don't know why you feel guilty about it.

It's very trashy. Come on.

Okay, wait till you hear my answer to that one. What's your go-to comfort food?

Pizza. I love love love pizza.  So once a week I always have a pizza.  And that is the day that I really really look forward to, because that's the day I probably have a beer or have a glass of wine, order a pizza, watch a film and it's kind of one of my favorite things to do in the evening.

Okay, what's your most annoying habit?

I bite my nails, I can’t stop biting my nails. I'm used to it now. I've tried to stop but it really annoys a lot of people and I know it annoys you as well. So biting my nails is my most annoying habit.

Aw.. But what's a small thing that always makes your day better?

Talking to you.

Aw.. I don't believe in that one bit.

No.  One thing that I always like to do every day is I like to do puzzles. I really got into... when I wake up in the morning, I make myself a coffee, I have some breakfast and then I probably spend about maybe 10 minutes doing puzzles.

What is a trend you just don't understand?

That's easy. All of them.

You are mentally 70 already, so...

That's pretty much true.

It's understandable you don't know any trends.  What movie can you quote from start to finish?

I would say Life of Brian, Monty Python.  I can sing the songs in it. I can quote from it. I've seen it so many times that, yeah, that is a movie I can quote literally from start to finish, that and probably one of the Indiana Jones movies.

Now who was your first crush?

My first crush. Her name was Kathy. That was when I was about 11 or 12 years old.  I remember Kathy was... she might still be, I don't know, she was back then she was a brunette. She had really nice, big eyes. She was quite tall for her age as well.  Yeah, I really really liked her. And then..

Was that like a classmate?

Yeah, she was a classmate and then she went off with Paul of all people. Paul,  Paul..

Is that your most hated name now?

No, it's been a few other hated names since then.

All right. All right. What's the most useless talent you have?

I can read Latin. That's pretty useless nowadays.

Well, Latin is pretty important, I think, as the base of language, of like English language at least.

Talking to the Pope, maybe, yes. But I would say that's a pretty useless skill.  Oh, I can do the Asian squat.

Yeah, I can do that.

When I was ten, I wanted to be an explorer. I was so..

Sailing the sea?

Sailing the seas, uncovering lost cities, like explorer archaeologist. I always wanted to do that, and then I got really disappointed when my geography teacher says actually most of the places on land have already been discovered. So that was a bit disappointing.

The last frontier is deep sea, so...

I know but I can't swim that well.

You also cannot drive so I don't know how you can explore. By walking everywhere?

Listen,  they had explorers before cars.

I see. A skill you wish you had learned but you didn’t?

I really wish I learned how to play the piano.

I see. Same here actually.

Always always want to learn and play a musical instrument. I am terrible at musical instruments.  So I've got a lot of respect for anyone who can play a musical instrument.

Okay, now some weird questions. Superpower, which would you choose, flight, the ability to fly or invisibility.

Flight. Invisibility… to be honest, the only people that would choose invisibility is probably for very creepy reasons. So flight that would be great. I can just go back to the UK and I don't have to spend that much money.

I see.

So it has to be like really fast flight.

Travel to the past or to the future?

Past. Definitely the past.

Wow, you really are old.

I'll travel to the past and I could make some money. So for example, I could meet Vincent Van Gogh and buy a few of his paintings. Or I could go and pick up a few of Shakespeare's first book, the first folio, bring them back and sell them. It’d be great.

Okay, a little bit about food, coffee or tea?

Coffee.

Sweet or savory?

Sweet.

What is the most overrated food?

Bananas, they taste disgusting.

Banana is not that overrated to be fair.

I hate bananas.

We get that. You said it multiple times.  Is there a food you hated as a child but you love now?

I used to really hate prawns and shrimp, but now I love them. They used to freak me out, seeing the heads and the tails, but now I absolutely love them.

You mentioned you like pizza, right?  Pineapple on pizza, yes or no?

Ugh, no.

Let me remind you, you're not Italian, so..

Yeah, but still,  ugh..

Last meal, what would it be?

A really nice pizza without pineapple.

Wow, you really love pizza, don't you?

Yep, and also may be followed by a nice like English dessert like toffee sponge pudding or something like that.

What is your pet peeve?

People who play music out loud on public transport.

Same here.

I hate that. That really annoys me.

Okay, last question. If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?

I probably would say Shakespeare cause we don't know anything or we don't know very much about his life. I think it’ll be really interesting to meet Shakespeare because someone who has like such a huge impact on culture, on English, on history, it's really strange that we know very little about his life, so I would love to know more.

Yeah. If you do meet Shakespeare, can you ask him if he's gay?
