So, do you want to know what my top secret is when I work with chocolate?
Well, actually it's speed, 'cause you have to work really, really fast.
So actually, the hardest part of this whole project is thinking about logistics.
How am I going to design and transport, and take everything in place from point A to point B?
The nice part of this project is that every single wagon is different, one from another.
Makes it more nice and interesting to look at.
And if you can look closely, um, there are four particular names on these, uh, tanks over here.
You might be curious what the names on these tanks are.
Well, actually, uh, it was the idea of my colleague Steve, who is with me from Malta, who said, "Why don't we put the names of our children and grandchildren?" And actually, those names represent our family.
