Bo Le, who lived during the Spring and Autumn Period, was a legendary expert in judging horses.

However, his own son was nothing like him. Unlike his father, the young man had no special abilities and was often regarded as a person of little talent.

At the peak of his career, Bo Le was widely recognized as the greatest horse expert of his time.

His reputation was so great that even the Duke of Qin admired his knowledge and expertise.

One day, the duke said to him, "You are getting older now. Have you ever considered passing your valuable skills on to someone?" "Yes, Your Excellency," Bo Le replied. "Unfortunately, my only son is not very intelligent and knows very little about horses.

If my knowledge is to benefit future generations of horse breeders, I may have to write down my experience in a book." Encouraged by the duke, Bo Le spent several months recording everything he knew about horses. Finally, the book was completed.

When his son eagerly opened the book, he began reading it with great interest.

After only a few pages, he came across a section explaining how to recognize a horse with the potential to become a "winged steed." The book even contained an illustration showing the horse's distinguishing features.

The son carefully copied the picture and decided to search for a "winged steed" himself.

However, after wandering around all day, he failed to find a horse that matched the description in the book. On his way home, he suddenly noticed a large toad sitting by the roadside.
