Hello, everyone.

For those of you who don't know me, which is nobody in this room, my name is Yasin Eldig.

I am one of the 2016 class marshals.

On behalf of your entire class marshals of 2016, we welcome you to our last, last lecture series.

So I will now move forward with introducing my friend, Bob Bordone, who was educated at Dartmouth College, where he majored in government.

He then went on to graduate from Harvard Law School, where, while he was here, to no surprise, focused his coursework on negotiation, mediation, and dispute resolution.

After law school, Bob clerked for the Honorable George A. O'Toole Jr. for the United States District Court for Massachusetts.

He is the Thaddeus R. Beale Clinical Professor of Law here at Harvard Law School and the founding director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program.

In 2007, Bob received the Albert Sachs Paul Freund Teaching Award at Harvard Law School, which is presented annually to a member of our faculty for teaching excellence, mentorship of students, and general contributions to the life of the law school.

In 2010, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution awarded Bob its Problem Solving in the Law School Curriculum Award for his innovative work in creating and building the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program.
