Una Pizza Napolitana opened on the Lower East Side in 2022.
It's the sixth iteration of Chef Anthony Mangieri's famed pizzeria, who you can actually see here.
He personally works on every pizza himself and makes all of the dough fresh daily.
That's part of the reason it was named 50 Top Pizza's Best Pizza Shop in the World in its very first year.
It's notoriously difficult to make a reservation, which certainly isn't helped by the fact that it's only open three nights a week.
That's why when you get a resi notification an hour before the time, you do whatever it takes to make it work, even if that means the worst shave of all time.
