I'm April, and this is a day in the life of a front desk agent.
We'll be mainly focusing on selling admissions, fielding memberships, ushering for our planetarium shows, but I'll mainly be here at the front desk helping guests with any concerns.
First thing I do when I get to work is I open up my user account on the computer.
There's a couple applications that we use: one for admissions, one for validating parking, and the other for reservations for our Multiverse Theater upstairs.
I am going to make sure that there is $250 in here to begin the day.
After I count all the cash, I like to grab out the signs and place them out front.
