剥掉修辞，裸句只有五个字：I won't marry you.

骨架：you were the last man 是主干，in the world 限定范围，(that) I could ever be prevailed upon to marry 是定语从句挂在 man 上——省略了 that，加上被动 + 情态 + ever 三层，读起来绕的原因全在这个从句里。be prevailed upon to do 是"被劝动去做"，把最后一道防线也堵死了：不光我不愿意，谁来劝都没用。
使用场合提醒：be prevailed upon 是 19 世纪书面语，现代人只在正式演讲时用。想在现代场景里复刻这句的狠劲，用 You're the last person on earth I'd ever marry.
可执行的规律：想否定得狠，别去加 never 或 at all，改成把对方放进一个序列的末位——the last N + I'd ever...。
